For stocked product your order will be processed and dispatched as promptly as possible within standard business hours. Lead times apply to some products that are specially made for you. We will contact you to advise the expected dispatch date for your order. Once an order has left the Goldsworthy facility, it is in the care of the selected courier companies and furniture carriers. Goldsworthy is not liable for any errors made by these services. Our insurance covers your order up to the point of delivery. Goldsworthy is not held responsible if an order is stolen, lost or damaged after your parcel is delivered to your physical address. Customs Information for overseas orders
